As part of the yearly activities of Improtech Gh to ensure that students study in a conducive, healthy and flexible environment, the Improtech Sports and Entertainment Department (I.S.E) organized a networking competition on the 29th of October 2021 for its students. 

The competition saw students challenge their I.T knowledge and skills.
The I.S.E board categorized students into groups of three members each and, the names of the groups are as follows; Team Sputnik, Group Channel, Skilltech, Cisco Safe, Network Elite and Allstar.

According to the rule of the competition, two groups must emerge winners to take part in the project work presentation. These groups will have to develop a network as part of their project work. Each group had a chief officer to oversee the activities of the group members.

After a very tight competition, Cisco Safe and Team Sputnik emerged, winners to compete in the project work presentation. Each group presented their project in front of the entire school and the competition judges (Trainers). They're required to defend their project and answer questions directed to them correctly to emerge winners of the competition.

After an educative and challenging project work presentation, Team Sputnik was adjudged the winner of the 2021 Improtch Gh Networking Competition. According to the Judges, Team Sputnik developed the best network and had the best team collaboration.

The final part of the competition, the award presentation, was held at the Improtech end of year gala-night. Team Sputnik, Cisco safe, Students and Trainers received various awards for their efforts and dedication to work.

IMPROTECH SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT DEPARTMENT 

The Improtech sports and entertainment is a department established by the management of Improtech Gh to help students and trainers relax and have fun through sports and entertainment after every three months of intensive teaching and learning.

Information Technology training can be stressful and time-consuming. Many students find themselves learning tirelessly without a break to allow the mind and body to release stress.
For this reason, the management of Improtech Gh has established the I.S.E department to help Students and Trainers have fun whiles teaching and learning.

IMPORTANCE OF THE I.S.E DEPARTMENT

Promotes well-being: A healthy mind and body is required to stay focused. Balanced playtime can help sharpen your mind and help you stay focused and concentrated during exams.

Better time management: As a student and a professional in the future, you need to learn how to manage time. According to that, you can develop a habit to manage your time between study and play. The I.S.E department ensures that students learn prioritization and develop a multi-tasking attitude.

Keeps students relaxed: Relaxation is important because it recharges your brain. It makes the mind stress-free. A stress-free mind is needed to think of new ideas, memorize better and perform optimally during an exam. 

Cordial Relationship: Both students and trainers must develop a friendly relationship because it will create a healthy environment for students to be more open to their Trainers when they have any issue bothering them.
